Payments and Policy

  • Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately.
  • We happily accept all major credit cards.
  • Net 30 accounts can be established upon approval.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges.
  • Although we maintain that all leather shown on our site is in stock, availability may change without notice.
  • We try our best to make sure each photo is as close to the true color as possible. Despite color and lighting adjustments, all digital photos may vary from monitor to monitor.
  • Our responsibility ceases when leather is cut into by customer.
  • All returns are subject to approval and must be returned within 30 days.
  • All strap cutting jobs/sales are final.
  • Returns are not accepted for cut pieces and scraps.
  • There will be a re-packaging fee of $15 for any changes to orders after they have been invoiced/processed.
  • Refunds will be issued for leather purchase only.
  • Cancelled finalized orders will be subject to a $20 charge.
